The Cook is responsible for meal and food preparation, while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen and dining area. The Cook in this role should be competent, self-sufficient, and well-rounded in different areas of the kitchen. You should be able to work on entire meals from prep to execution to clean-up. Experience in banquet cooking or institutional cooking is very helpful.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience in professional food service as a Cook.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
