Things you should know about working as a Management Systems Administrator:

The Consolidated Management System Administrator is required to direct and provide strategic guidance to the Operations department in capturing cost savings and productivity improvements throughout the Supply Chain.  The CMS Administrator leads the identification, evaluation, and selective implementation of solutions to process improvement opportunities throughout the Supply Chain organization. This position is also responsible for managing and leading the identified projects through implementation. Additionally, the CMS Administrator serves as the Food Safety and Quality Champion for the manufacturing facility in the event the QA Manager is not present.

• Support and ensure the accountability for the corporate and manufacturing initiatives surrounding Coca Cola Consolidated Management System and ISO requirements.

• Investigate and define new business practices and processes that will produce positive results in profits, productivity and or expense control. 

• lead the process and design and implementation of new practices and processes.

• Communicate new process systems to users and provide an avenue for training and understanding.

• Provide Improvement Support to operations.

• Provide feedback and information to supervisor on organizational behavior and help to identify business needs and issues.


• Verifiable experience in Project Management, Food Safety, HAACP, ISO and Engineering

• Experience in LEAN manufacturing principles

• Six Sigma Certification is a strong plus


• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations

• Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe and responsible behavior with a positive performance record (including attendance)

• Must be self-motivated, respectful, positive, team oriented and maintain a high degree of integrity

Physical Requirements

 4-year degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business or other related discipline

All candidates will be subject to pre-employment testing: Background Check, Drug Screen, and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable).
