Client Marketing Program Representative

3+ month contract

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns and make proactive changes to improve account performance.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas for growth to the client that will improve accounts ability to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Bring competitive and industry insights and media sales experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations across potentially large complex accounts.
  • Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to internal clients.
  • High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner.
  • Create custom presentations to maintain post-sales activities with a goal to increase account revenues (Campaign reports, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities).
  • Responsible for revenue retention and growth for assigned book of business.
  • Presentation of opportunity and/or performance.
  • May require travel.
Requirements:

 
  • Google AdWords and Bing certifications highly preferred. Those who don't possess these certifications will be required to obtain them upon hire.
  • 2+ Years of client facing advertising agency account management experience.
  • 4+ years of paid search and digital marketing experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft suite, advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Selling experience specifically in upselling of clients on products and services.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships and drive revenue.
  • CRM experience, competitive analysis, and trending tools.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
