Job Description

An investment firm located in downtown Chicago seeks an Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator will report to the CFO and be responsible for administrative tasks and managing accounts payable. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has great initiative and wants to be a part of a close knit team! The firm offers outstanding compensation including fantastic insurance benefits, generous PTO and holiday package and attractive bonuses. 

This is a direct hire, permanent role.

 Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

·        Provide general office support for key executives

·        Maintain organization in the office

·        Responsible for filing legal, investment, bank, and tax documents\

·        Obtain approvals, prepare checks, and maintain records for Accounts Payable

·        All preparation for bank documents

·        Implement and maintain paperless office and filing system

·        Prepare vendors, contractors, and suppliers

·        Maintain compliance documentation and self-certification forms for private investments

·        Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Office Administrator:

·        Bachelor’s degree required

·        Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

·        Experience with QuickBooks preferred

·        Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
