Job Description

 A successful real estate company on the north side of Chicago seeks an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team. The Executive Assistant/ Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and marketing activities of the organization. This is a great opportunity for an organized individual to join a fantastic company. The salary range for this role is $50-70k.

 

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/ Office Manager:

·        Provide all necessary administrative support to CEO/Owner

·        Manage all social media accounts

·        Create and analyze comparative market analysis

·        Produce content and facilitate video blog

·        Update and maintain website content

·        Manage a high volume inbox and see that everything is answered

·        Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate channel

·        Coordinate all events

·        Orchestrate marketing efforts from sponsorships

·        Replenish office supplies, distribute mail, and other office tasks

Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant/ Office Manager:

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        Previous experience in administrative, legal, marketing or real estate

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively and efficiently

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·        Deadline and detail-oriented
