Customer Service Representative (Office and Administrative Support)

Forest Park, GA (Onsite) Contractor
$20.00 - $22.00/Hour

Partners Personnel is currently seeking candidate for Customer Service Representative for our client located in Atlanta/Forest Park GA. Our client is a 3PL warehouse/distribution center supporting supply chain logistics across multiple states. We have 2 openings at this time and these positions will both be temp-to-hire with a goal to convert to perm status within 90 days or shortly after. These roles will be On-site daily Monday thru Friday, and you can select either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm as your shift. The positions are open due to growth and expansion. The candidate(s) selected will have a job work history with tenure and have a proven history of reliability, teamwork and productivity. All CSR's and account managers are cross trained on multiple accounts for collaboration and coverage.

Essential Duties:

  • Customer interaction with some phones and heavy email responses and communication
  • Intake of customer concerns, complaints, and issues with documentation into system
  • Investigation, research and discussion to find appropriate solution and response
  • Familiarity with billing, POs, order processing, inventory control, cycle counts, AP, and some AR
  • Handling multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

  • 3PL knowledge will be given higher priority
  • Excel intermediate above, prefers pivots and formulas - daily usage or frequent
  • Strong communication skills- verbally with phones. written
  • MUST exhibit good writing (email via Outlook) skills with professional responses, language and grammar, spelling.
  • Strongly preferred to have good tenure on previous positions, be reliable and at work on time daily
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role desired
  • Be comfortable in an industrial/warehouse environment in which safety gear and closed toed shoes will be worn
