Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving regional sales performance and

supporting the overall growth of the business. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and

implement effective sales strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure that district sales targets are

met. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll work to optimize sales techniques and

maintain consistency across territories.

This position requires extensive travel within assigned districts to provide support, share best practices,

and assist in training initiatives. You'll also engage with customers, attend industry events, and help

steer the company toward continued success while managing regional sales budgets and reporting on

performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the other internal teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve

district sales targets and objectives.

2. Develop and implement territories sales strategies to increase market share and meet

objectives set by management.

3. Utilize data driven insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.

4. Manage regional sales and expense budgets as set by leadership.

5. Visit all markets within assigned district as needed provide support, share best practices, and

ensure consistency in reporting across regions.

6. Assist other territory managers with tasks such as customer meetings, systems training, and

business reviews as requested.


7. Travel to markets throughout the company to assist with training initiatives, including sales

techniques, and process improvements as requested by leadership.

8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance

metrics, and report out data as requested.

9. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify

opportunities for business growth and improvement.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Operations, Inside Sales, and

Customer Support, to align strategies and drive overall business success.

11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand /

name awareness and expand the customer base as requested by leadership.


Qualifications

1. Proven track record of success in sales and territory management, with at least 5 years of

experience in a similar role.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with

customers and colleagues.

3. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and

exceeding expectations.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing

multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts and to other markets as needed

(up to 75% travel potential).

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills are preferred.

7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary $65,000-$80,000 plus incentive
