Salary Range: 138k-170k

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager with expertise in driving partner-led-growth and sales by developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive consumer adoption of Western and Southern and products. You will work closely with the decision science team, marketing, marketing operations, legal, IT, and contact center to develop plans to drive customer success. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and have a passion for partner led growth with a focus on customer win. You must have experience working in cross- sell, up-sell, and creating internal and external partnerships using customer insights, segmentation, and dashboards.

You must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in partner marketing or co-marketing, and/or a B.A. in Marketing or a related field. Responsibilities

• This person is responsible to start with customer insights and identifying solutions to cross-sell to customers within the Western and Southern area.

• This person is also responsible to identify external company partnerships to offer end-to-end customer solutions and create a co-marketing experience for our customers with a strong value proposition.

• This involves creating internal partnerships (80%) and external deals (20%).

• This person is responsible for going under the hood of data in close partnership with data and analytics teams to identify customer solution opportunities based on consumer needs (jobs to be done).

• Develop A/B Testing strategy to measure the incrementality of any Partner Marketing Tactic implemented.

• Partner with Legal and IT to execute on Partner and co-marketing strategies.

• Co-lead the execution with Marketing and Contact center using decision science, data, and martech team close to you.

• Create and Analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, social media, contact center, and offline, to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct in-depth audience analysis with decision science team to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance targeting and segmentation strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, and business intelligence, to ensure alignment on analytics objectives and strategies.

• Partner with decision science team on key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor marketing effectiveness and communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with industry and consumer trends, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the team.

  • Qualifications:

    •         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

    •         Proven experience (7 years) working in marketing or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

    •         Strong expertise in using marketing data sets or reports and dashboards and customer segmentation, and customer lifetime behavior analysis.

    •         Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Tabelau/Power BI, demonstrated experience working with marketing analytics platforms, web analytics tools, and data visualization tools

    •         Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, contact center efficiency, attribution models, and audience measurement methodologies.

    •         Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and derive actionable insights.

    •         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    •         Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    •         Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

    •         A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies and methodologies to drive marketing success.

    Education Requirements:

    •         Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

    •         Advanced degree or MBA preferred.

    •         3 years of experience within Insurance or Financial Services industry or within Marketing

    •         Interested in Growth and Partner Marketing

    Computer Skills Required

    •         Advanced Excel skills

    •         Intermediate/advanced PowerPoint skills

    •         Strong quantitative and communication skills

    •         Proficient in data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
