Job Requirements of Customer Service Representative - FULLY REMOTE:
Remote Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery
- Conduct routine customer service calls
- Research and resolve customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Uphold high customer service standards
- Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
- Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
- Meet or exceed quotas in an accountability-based culture
Remote Customer Representative Requirements:
- Must be at least 18+ years of age
- Home computer/laptop with internet connection
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Great communication skills
- Ability to listen to and understand customer needs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
