- Process control or Instrumentation experience
- Deep knowledge of the aerospace market and the key original equipment manufacturer (OEMs) supporting this industry
- Proven key account management track record
- Knowledge and experience of other industrial markets: Bio-pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Water and Waste, Agriculture, Automotive, Oil & Gas.
- Experience with managing a Rep distribution channel
- MBA an advantage / desirable
- 5 - 7 years sales/marketing experience

Sales & Marketing Manager
SUMMARY:
The role of the Sales & Marketing Manager is to maintain and develop client's current and future market segments. This role will primarily focus on client's Industrial Process Markets. The successful candidate will have a proven Sales, Business Development, and Key Account track record working for an Industrial Instrumentation company. In addition, the individual will be a 'hunter' vs. a 'farmer' who enjoys exploring new opportunities and market niches.
All products, process flow and T&M. Industrial, automotive, oil & gas (O&G). Excludes aerospace. Key NEW development market Biotech
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage key accounts
- Acquire & develop new customers / key accounts
- Drive sales growth
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans
- Manage reps and distributors within assigned territory
- Identify and penetrate new market segments & applications
- Provide monthly sales forecasts
- Communicate macro market trends
- Be accountable for delivering the agreed-upon budget/plan sales/order number
- Develop marketing collateral. For example :
- Training presentations (internal/customer/rep)
- Application presentations, etc.
- Define and develop specific market opportunities
- Minimum of 50% travel (domestic)
- Other duties may be assigned.
