B2B Enrollment Representative
Three Crown Dynamics is one of the nation's leading promotional marketing firms in customer acquisition, business outreach, and lead generation. Our company's foundation is based on our team member's unique personalities and their drive as well as partnering with clients and brands that we believe in. Our newest project is working with telecommunications, with a primary focus on delivering the best business-oriented solutions possible.
We are actively searching for 5-6, passionate team players to join our team as B2B Enrollment Representatives. We focus on providing nationally-recognized training and mentorship to highlight each employee's strengths and personalities. We know that a diverse culture is a winning culture.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a positive image of our company and the telecommunication brand we represent
- Execute community outreach campaigns to connect local businesses to various telecommunications solutions that best suit their needs
- Communicate daily with Senior Account Managers and our compliance team to ensure a seamless outreach experience
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with new customer accounts to increase customer satisfaction ratings, repeat business, and referral opportunities
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of community outreach activities and account details
- Implement and support marketing and sales strategies for the telecommunication client resulting in increased brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Analyze past and current sales productions weekly to forecast and strategize for the upcoming outreach campaign as well as maintain top ranking among competitors
