Pharmacy Clerk Compensation

• The pay for this position is $20.95 per hour.

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with one year of service on our eligibility dates.

Pharmacy Clerk Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

• The required availability for this position is Monday - Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

• The location for this role is on-site in Everett, WA.

Pharmacy Clerk Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts when necessary.

• Verify paperwork with the total number of totes from the distribution center.

• Unload product from the truck and verify NDC and quantity of each item against PO.

• Use a handheld scanner application to scan, receive, and reconcile incoming products.

• Assist with annual physical inventory and product recalls.

• Rotate product on shelves following the first-in, first-out method (FIFO).

• Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

• Adhere to company policies, including DSCSA, and follow federal and state laws regarding HIPAA and PHI.

Pharmacy Clerk Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days.

• Strong attendance and punctuality are mandatory.

• Motivated to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Must have a pharmacy assistant license through the DOH of WA (can be obtained within a few weeks).

Pharmacy Clerk Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory management or pharmacy operations.
