Personal Assistant (Office and Administrative Support)
Our company is seeking an organized and driven Personal/Admin Assistant to help our CEO and CFO with a variety of secretarial tasks. You will be in charge of keeping schedules, organizing files, typing out letters and other communication, running errands, and performing other tasks in and out of the office as necessary. You should have some experience with itinerary management, and personal shopping. Our ideal candidate must have at least two years of personal assistant experience, a flexible schedule, a vehicle, and be able to meet tight deadlines.
