Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to join our team as an equity partner. This is a unique opportunity to build your own recruitment business under the Inter/Arch Jobs brand, with the support of our established infrastructure, global network, and resources. As an equity partner, you will earn revenue share based on your performance, giving you unlimited earning potential and the freedom to shape your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Match candidates to client requirements based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Inter/Arch Jobs’ client base.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Administration and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, client feedback, and placement metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all regions of operation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor markets in the US, Canada, UK, Middle East, or Australia is an advantage.
