Customer Service Representative / Parcel Enthusiast / Immediate Hire / Work From Home
Join our dynamic team! We're seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to provide exceptional customer service while managing the efficient processing and delivery of packages. As a team member, your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering packages promptly and accurately, as well as addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
If you're 21 years or older, we'd love to hear from you—no resume required! The only qualification is meeting the minimum age requirement.
Pay Rate: $18 - $38 / HOUR
Flexible work hours available
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and process incoming packages quickly and accurately
- Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles with care and efficiency
- Track deliveries and ensure packages arrive on time and in perfect condition
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, providing prompt resolutions
- Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and resolving issues
- Maintain precise records of deliveries and customer communications
- Work closely with the team to optimize processes and meet delivery targets
