- Demonstrate leadership in employee relations
- Prepare human resources department budget
- Provide management to human resources staff
- Oversee OSHA & other safety initiatives

This role will be a sole HR person supporting around 100 employees. It will handle the entire employee life cycle relating to HR and oversee Safety.
