REO ACCOUNT MANAGER: Denver, Colorado
MUST HAVE FLOORING EXPERIENCE

Position Summary
A Redi Carpet REO Account Manager is responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts within a specific territory. As the primary interface between Redi Carpet and our customers, the Account Manager must represent the company faithfully and with the highest level of integrity.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following)
Develop new business
Maintain relationship with existing customer base
Measure floor plans, complete 'take-offs' from blueprints, and develop seaming diagrams
Generate sales proposals
Complete Customer Information Forms for new accounts and forward to Customer Service
Obtain additional customer information as requested by the Credit and Customer Service departments
Promptly respond to administrative requests per the following guidelines:
Billing Department inquiries within 3 days
Credit Department inquiries within the same day
Operations inquiries with work orders immediately
Obtain additional customer information as requested by the Credit and Customer Service departments
Deliver samples
Write-up special orders
Sell Specials Warehouse items as requested by the General Manager and Office Manager
Assist in resolving installation problems and customer complaints
Assist with collection of accounts receivable as requested
Be actively involved in local trade associations
Attend branch sales meetings
Assist with various tasks as requested by supervisor Important Goals and Deadlines
Meet or exceed established sales quotas
Call on new accounts daily
Promptly and accurately prepare paperwork
Develop a thorough understanding of credit policies and new account set-up requirements
Develop a rough understanding of Online Account Services and the ability to present to new and existing customers
Learn and utilize REDI-Link for diagramming and estimating.
Qualifications
5+ years of flooring industry experience
Proven ability to set and attain goals
Highly energetic and aggressive
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Good analytical skills
Outgoing personality
Basic understanding of blueprints
Professional attitude and appearance
Maintenance experience preferred
Some college course completion preferred
