Job Description: Zolon is currently pursuing a large strategic opportunity with the US Department of Labor (DOL)- Wage and Hour Division (WHD). We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead this effort.
Required Experience:
Must have experience with projects/programs in the federal government.
Work with Federal system owners, product owners, and subject matter experts to validate functional requirements provided by product owner and refine or perform further requirements gathering and analysis as needed.
Experience with System Design analysis, Architecture Overview, and Business workflows
Experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming and refinement, daily SCRUM, sprint retrospective, and other meetings
Roles and Responsibilities :
Plans, conducts, and supervises projects of major significance which necessitates advance knowledge and the ability to originate and apply new and unique methods and procedures.
Further, is the overall spokesperson for the Contractor with respect to overall schedules, resources, invoicing and resolution of contractual issues.
Supplies technical advice and counsel to other professionals. Operates with wide latitude for unviewed action.
Six + years of direct professional experience and applicable certifications such as those applicable to Project Management.
Master's Degree in relevant discipline.
