Our team is on the lookout for exceptional talentDesigner / Quality Control Specialist

Location

You are passionate about:

• People, communicating and collaborating well with kitchen renovators and customers
• Building projects with skill, integrity and keeping everything on track
• Helping clients design their dream Kitchens
• Setting each of our Kitchen Renovators up for success, personally and professionally

Responsibilities:

• Manage each project from start to finish.
• The Contractor shall conduct Technical Walk Through(s) (TWT0,
• Virtual Material Selection (VMS),
• Design Submittal(s),
• Project Coordination,
• Mandatory Site Visits,
• Change Order(s),
• QC Checklists, and Fast field form submittals for each phase of the project.
• The Contractor will be the main point of contact for the Client(s) and will respond to all Client enquiries.

From time to time The Contractor may only be scheduled for TWT and VMS. The contractor will be responsible to answer any related questions pertaining to the above and conduct modifications if required

The contractor will be scheduled to provide services outlined above based on “on-call” basis.
Requirements:

• Design experiences preferably home design/ kitchens and bathroom
• Construction knowledge / experience preferably in residential
• Ability to establish good working relationships with customers and kitchen renovators
• Strong level of communication
• Ability to stay on top of schedule
• Ability to be on site consistently

Payment terms:

• Entire Project
• On-going project
• The Contractor shall be paid 50% at the start of the project and 50% at final completion
• TWT AND VMS ONLY
