The Administrative Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a range of important duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, organized, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. What you'll do: This role covers a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate executives' ability to lead and manage the organization effectively: * Maintain calendar and schedule for executives * Coordinate and book meetings and appointments, arranging sessions with multiple parties and groups, internal and external * Collect and prepare information, agendas, and presentations for meetings with internal staff and outside parties * Coordinate and book travel, compile documents for travel-related activities, and complete expense reports * Design, produce, and update complex documents, reports, slide decks, and presentations * Coordinate executive-level meetings and company-wide meetings/town halls. When required, maintain minutes for meetings and uphold a strict level of confidentiality * Assist in planning for the company and department-sponsored events (e.g., sales kickoff, office events, or holiday parties) * Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns directed by executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
