Senior Product Manager
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will have responsibility for the management of all servicing collateral that supports General Purpose, Co-brand, and Small Business credit card benefits. Additionally, this role will challenge existing processes and create new processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, optimize the customer experience, and reduce operational risk related to core benefit owned internal and customer facing content.
This role will lead the initiation, execution, and quality assurance on all core benefit content initiatives including the Guide to Benefits documents in both English and Spanish. This includes creating new Guide to Benefits documents across all channels, updating existing Guide to Benefits content and retiring Guide to Benefits when applicable. When material changes are required to the core benefit Guide to Benefits documents, this role will also execute Change in Terms notifications related to the applicable change. Core Benefit collateral management requires partnership with Core Benefits Product Management, third-party vendors, legal, compliance, product capabilities, Data & Analytics Team, marketing, translation services, and other cross-functional teams as applicable to ensure quality delivery of all internal and customer facing core benefit content and related Change in Terms notifications. In this role, you will:

Drive the overall Guide to Benefits execution across all consumer and small business credit and co-brand products across all channels (statements, digital, and letter delivery) which includes change management, approvals, and document version control

Develop and present new business ideas to senior leadership
-
Retain all required approvals and tracking all core benefits documents
-
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement, manage content changes/approvals, and support enhancements to the core benefit content as needed
-
Support Guide to Benefits document changes in the Guide to Benefits letter delivery to support customer requested delivery of the Guide to Benefits in the contact centers
-
Submit applicable Service Requests and Capacity Planning requests to support Guide to Benefits change management, customer Change in Terms notification and Guide to Benefits delivery

Support inventory management in partnership with Support Inventory Management and key stakeholders
-
Support channel optimization recommendations to ensure efficient and timely customer delivery of Guide to Benefits documents

Manage and coordinate regular reviews of benefits content across all core benefit servicing and banker support materials across all channels

Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate updates for related content management platforms

Manage and coordinate new card product Guide to Benefits launches

Lead the Guide to Benefits consolidation and Guide to Benefits retirement efforts

Manage and coordinate efficiency efforts to simplify Guide to Benefits management and content delivery

Manage and coordinate content approvals from all required third party vendors

Ensure accuracy and customer experience related to all Guide to Benefits and Change in Terms content

Maintain accurate process and procedure documentation and support annual review of all procedure reviews
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Pay Range:
• NY - New York City Pay Range: $87,700 - $155,900 Annually
