Job Description The Ocean Import & Export Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day imported goods and logistics processes as defined by the Director of Operations. This includes both incoming and outgoing shipment moves, international strategies, ocean, air, freight strategies, documentation, and daily workflow coordination with general logistics partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure timely delivery of imported goods to multiple company warehouses. * Work closely with Director of Logistics to improve work standards, KPIs, processes, written procedures, transportation processes/rate program, and seamless daily communication. * Work with cross-functional teams including fulfillment, warehouse operations, accounts payable, business unit managers and procurement. * Clear understanding of port management for on-time import coordination.
