Responsibilities * Meeting the healthcare needs of hospice patients by completing as needed and routine visits * Working closely with the Hospice team, physicians and community partners in order to deliver optimal care * Triaging any emergent needs and collaborating with physicians to provide comfort and quality care to each patient * Communicating with medical professionals, the hospice team and others * Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records * Providing services in accordance with agency policies and regulations that define scope of practice * Participating in in-service programs * Demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills Requirements * Full Time On Call position - 7 days on, 7 days off * Hospice experience preferred * Missouri Nursing License * Strong organizational and self-management skills * Strong and compassionate customer service skills * Valid driver's license We're taking the journey with you, creating a New Beginning!
