OMS Product Management: Product Manager

Job Description
Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will champion new products and functionality from inception to implementation. You will be tasked with hearing a problem statement from a user and then using their problem to define and build a solution via compelling and broadly applicable software workflows and solutions.
Day to Day:

Conceptualize new product features and workflows, conduct industry research, and collaborate with other PM team members, Software Engineering, and Client Service to hone business requirements and create scalable solutions that can be delivered to a wide range of clients.

Use data driven analysis and KPIs to define and uphold standards of operability and market acceptance.

Serve as Product Owner and leader of an Agile Scrum team.

Manage product backlog at the epic and story level; aligns to program and product strategies at the "initiative" level.

Participate in launch readiness and go-to-market strategy and execution.

Deliver product demos for internal (Sales, Business Development, Client Services) and external (end-user clients, third-party business partners) participants to introduce and market new product features and offerings.

Constantly evaluate the market and adjust product roadmap and backlog accordingly.
Minimum Experience:
-
3+ years of Product Management experience
-
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal; well organized and possess strict attention to detail
-
Demonstrated product and project leadership experience in bringing products to market.

Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.

Proven track record working with multiple teams (Software Engineering, Client Service, and Quality Assurance) to deliver products to multiple stakeholders (Clients, Service, Sales).

Bachelor’s or Master’ s degree
It would be great if you also had:
-
Knowledge of the financial and/or trading industry and trading systems, including EMS and OMS systems

Demonstrated interest in financial markets in the form of work experience, certifications (CFA, Series 7, etc.), or academic studies.

Passion for technology a plus.
