About Your Position

These positions will be contingent upon contract award, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
This Is What You'll Do
In your new position, you will contribute to providing support to the US Department of the Interior's (DOI) Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Wildland Fire Incident Performance and Training Modernization Services. You will strive to build strong client relationships while delivering quality products that meet the clients' needs on time and on budget. You will provide subject matter expertise and expert advice to teammates and the government. Available Positions
We are actively seeking qualified senior professionals who possess in-depth, demonstrated, and recognized expertise to fill the following highly specialized positions:

Project Manager (23-0004C):
- Duties: Responsible for ensuring management and leadership capacity for projects. Works with and understand resource allocation, provides daily coordination and technical and management oversight of the project. Frequently provides subject matter or functional area expertise in performing technical project tasks. Directs and interfaces with others to ensure the success of the project. Manages and enforces project standards and reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client; assesses quality control standards, minimizes exposure and risk on project; ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Must have at least 5 years of direct project management experience (10 years of direct experience preferred).

Instructional Systems Designer (23-0005C):
- Duties: Provides unique and specialized expertise on organizational development and position/performance-based training strategies. Is a part of an instructional design team focused on assisting with the analysis and creation of design plans to illustrate the future learning experience. Experienced. Is adept at uncovering not only instructional solutions but also non-instructional solutions to meet the performance gap.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Must have at least 10 years of direct experience working with instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training, computer-based training, computer-aided instruction, e-learning options and/or related technologies.

Online Learning Developer (23-0006C):
- Duties: Develops asynchronous online training and performance support materials in support of wildland fire incident positions. Demonstrates expertise in Articulate 360 to develop and publish materials.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Must have at least 10 years of direct experience. Must have a working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS); working knowledge of additional online training authoring tools is a plus. Knowledge of Totara and Moodle as enterprise LMSs is preferred.

Instructor-Led Developer (23-0007C):
- Duties: Develops training and performance support materials in support of wildland fire incident positions. Develops and maintains learner facing, instructor and virtual instructor led materials. Demonstrates expertise of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat programs to develop and produce published materials.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Must have at least 10 years of direct experience.

Writer/Editor (23-0008C):
- Duties: Writes and Edits documents on complex information systems Produces final products that are clear, logically organized, and presented in a uniform style. Reviews complex and lengthy technical material and prepares written or oral summaries that are easily understood by nontechnical audiences.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Must have at least 10 years of direct experience.

Media Specialist (23-0009C):
- Duties: Develops and leads efforts associated with media development. Develops course and course materials for web-based, distance learning and eLearning solutions. Leads and Develops videos, scripts, and materials.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Must have at least 10 years of direct experience.
