Employment Manager

Mountaire Farms Jefferson City, MO (Onsite) Full-Time

Primary Purpose

Execute all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Hourly employees.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Sourcing utilizing various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting - ATS candidate management and dispositions.

  2. Participate/Coordinate career events. Identify Hourly open positions – that generate awareness and increase foot traffic for qualified applicants.

  3. Candidate Selection/Onboarding - Candidate review, salary parameters, candidate onboarding experience.

  4. Data Recording - reporting (Active Agency Crewing Report, active crewing report, temp roster with rates) and metrics tracking.

  5. Promote a culture of safety, encouraging all to follow company protocols.


  • Associates and/or Bachelor degree required/Internal candidates may qualify with proven 4 yrs. Leadership/Supervisory experience in lieu of education.

  • 5 - 7 years of experience; Proven and/or effective Talent Acquisition experience with large volume recruiting.

  • Recruiter Certification, SHRM Certification.

  • Proven competence with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle ORC.
