Selectek has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager position in Canton, GA. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day quality duties while ensuring compliance with QMS standards for a leading composite parts manufacturing, precision machining, and tool design and fabrication organization. Responsibilities: Lead a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians to handle all receiving, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials Handle all First Article Inspections of finished goods as required by our QMS Ensure products and paperwork comply with AS9100D standards Ensure products and paperwork comply with NADCAP standards Interact and collaborate at a technical level with customers Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to develop process sequences and inspection points and determine key attribute selection Requirements: 6+ years of Quality experience in AS9100 compliant manufacturing environment In-depth knowledge of AS9100D standards Prior supervisory experience and strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of CAD, CMM (programming and operation), and GD&T Familiar with composite manufacturing processes and CNC machining In depth knowledge of measuring techniques using mechanical tools Familiarity with mechanical materials testing Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask and set priorities based on customer and internal requirements Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Pay and Wages: $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary depending on skillset and experience Benefits: 401(k) plus company matching, health, life, vision, and dental insurance available after first 60 days If you are qualified and ready to take on this opportunity, then we want to get to know you!
