Reporting & Budgeting Analyst
This role will build accurate budgets, actionable tools and provide strategic analytics to improve the results of operating expense within the company. This role will ensure data integrity within the operational reporting systems.
% Of Time
Compiles and analyzes workforce, store operations, and related data to provide
actionable reporting. Engages others as appropriate to build context around data and
Assists Regional Finance Managers with labor budgeting process using future Workforce 20% Management Tools.
Partners with business partners to influence sound company decisions as it relates to 20% operating expenses. Collaborates and coordinates with cross-functional teams as it
relates to company initiatives to ensure alignment with all business partners.
Develops and maintains working knowledge of industry trends and best practices. 15% Creates operational policies that will guide the user to effective expense management.
Supports and assists in the development, testing, piloting, and integration of all new 15% processes that impact operating expenses.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Education Course of Study
Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance or related field

Relevant Experience Supervisory Experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, ORACLE reporting applications, Workforce management platform and OBIP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex and detailed information to a diverse population.
- Superior analytical, organizational, decision-making and project management skills.
- Ability to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, evaluating and solving problems of a difficult procedural, organizational, administrative or technical nature.
- Intense focus on detail and accuracy of work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize activities effectively in complex situations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred
Retail, grocery experience
P1: Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

SSC Light: Physical Demands: While performing the essential functions of this position, the associate is regularly required to sit, use hands or fingers to handle, hold or feel objects, tools or controls, talk, see, hear and perform repetitive movements with both hands. The employee is occasionally required to stand or walk on carpet, tile or concrete Working Conditions: Majority of the time will be spent indoors in a traditional office environment. Safety Risk Factors: The employee is rarely required to twist back and/or neck and walk on a slippery or cluttered floor surface. Overall Required Equipment a personal computer, telephone, printer, copy machine, fax machine and the general office supplies and equipment. Pulling Requirement 20 lbs. Lifting Requirement 20 lbs.
