Position Summary: Provides executive administrative support to the Chair of Cardiology and VP-Cardiology. Support Cardiology physicians and patient needs for example phone calls, medication refills, and scheduling Collects and maintains clinical data for the department of cardiology. Independently supervises all cardiology clerical office staff.

- Preferred: Secretarial or business school up to 2 years duration.

- Required:Advanced medical terminology, typing 50 wpm. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, diplomacy, tact, and foresight. Performs well working in a high stress fast paced environment. Enjoys working in a team environment. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access. Excellent phone manners, language, and organizational skills required. Ability to perform well in a fast paced multitask environment.
