Role and Responsibilities:6+ years of experience in of experience in a Lean Manufacturing (ISO certified strongly preferred) environment in a process/manufacturing engineering, materials management, or quality engineering role Bachelor's degree required - Engineering or related technical field of study. Ability to lead cross functional projects from generation to execution Ability to lead cross functional teams to consensus decisions and actions Ability to excel on the manufacturing floor - connecting with assembly technicians, leads, and supervisors as your customers Demonstrated ability to achieve results on a consistent basis in multiple industries and/or companies Continuous Improvement: Proven track record of leaving things better than you found them

- Responsible for completion of process engineering related activities pertinent to implementation of ISO 9001:2015
- Responsible for continued compliance of process engineering to ISO requirements
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Internal Auditor
- Serve as a bridge between Manufacturing Engineering and Quality in the implementation and on-going maintenance of ISO 9001
- Owner of Capacity Planning and Readiness, working with Production Control, Operations, and Engineering to develop and execute capacity increases on-time and within budget.
- Lead, teach, apply, and train Lean Manufacturing principles within the organization, using these skills to develop employees within the manufacturing organization.
- Work with assembly technicians, team leads, and supervisors to develop standardized work for new and existing processes in both the manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas.
- Own the Operations headcount planning, using standard hours and input from Production Control and Operations to develop and track hiring plans by area.
- Develop and implement plant layout changes with cross-functional teams that improve the flow of materials through the manufacturing area as the overall owner of plant layouts.
- Drive elimination of non-value-added activities with Operations, using lean manufacturing tools to identify waste, determine root cause, and implement measures to eliminate the waste.
- Experience in rapid scale up of new products, processes, and operations
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, ISO, process improvements, safety, quality, productivity & cost
- Self-motivated with intense energy and strong work ethic, performs well under pressure and enjoys taking risks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, programs and roles and build relationships across organizational boundaries
- Commitment to the highest standards of excellence and integrity; do the right thing
- Ability to think and act strategically: Strong analytical skills and business acumen required
- Six Sigma Certification is highly valued
- RED-X Problem Solving Certification is highly valued.
