Position Summary:
This is an exciting time to join our sales organization as we continue to improve our ability to maximize return on spend. The work will involve expense processing, cost planning, budgeting and forecasting, systems and process development, regional support, and training. This position will drive improvements in forecast accuracy and spend analysis on a global basis, as well as provide input into the planning process based on actual spend. Take on this challenging role and become part of a dedicated and driven team with a passion to maximize results.
The Financial Analyst - Sales is an integral part of the team with responsibility for managing the accounting in the Sales departments. A person in this position must be financially skilled and experienced in using data and analytics to demonstrate results. Will play a key role in setting up a better system.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field of study.
- Knowledge of accounting and accounting principles.
- Highly Analytical and able to spot trends/provide recommendations to the business.
- Experience with:
- Purchase Orders
- Paying invoices
- Tracking expenses
- Compiling budgeting/forecasting
- Financial systems
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient with Excel, including knowledge of advanced functions and formulas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand workflow to contribute toward improving systems and procedures.
- Able to meet deadlines, whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or ad hoc.
- Able to perform multiple duties at once and effectively prioritize competing tasks.
- Self-Starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work with and educate colleagues who lack financial knowledge.
- A passion for good customer service will be a vital success factor.
- Must possess a positive, team-player attitude.
