JOB SUMMARY
The Fuel Supply Optimization Performance Manager sits within the Global Fuels team and reports to Circle K (CK)'s Head of Supply Optimization. He/she will play a critical role in driving the performance process across Circle K's fuel supply activity. Activities include analyzing and reporting the operational and financial performance of the fuel optimization activities, managing improvement efforts with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing/running monthly performance efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBachelor's degree in business or related field. May be substituted with related experience 4+ years of petroleum supply experience, including practical knowledge of various index and rack-based pricing mechanisms Strong analytical skills and finance background Project management with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and networking skills Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred

The Fuel Supply Optimization Performance Manager sits within the Global Fuels team and reports to Circle K (CK)'s Head of Supply Optimization. He/she will play a critical role in driving the performance process across Circle K's fuel supply activity. Activities include analyzing and reporting the operational and financial performance of the fuel optimization activities, managing improvement efforts with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing/running monthly performance efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive weekly/monthly performance process across NA fuel supply team
- Analyze and report supply optimization performance for CK
- Understand operational and financial performance and intervene when sustainable issues persist
- Support the rollout of optimization activities and ongoing operations across all U.S. CK markets
- Interface with teams to ensure a smooth transition of CK's activities from the business units to the optimization team
- Support and coordinate supply optimization strategies and assist in setting performance targets
- Assist in performance review of overall partnership across supply and trading in the US
- Support business development and other ad hoc projects
- Liaison with accounting, IT, logistics, and business units to ensure proper reporting and follow up on fuel supply activity
