Family Medicine Physician ( FM Physician) Locum Tenens

CROSS COUNTRY LOCUMS Chicago, IL (Onsite) Full-Time
BC/BE or Non-Boarded Family Physician to assist with a need in Illinois.
  • Family Practice Clinic- Urban Area Community Based
  • Setting: Outpatient clinic
  • Start Date: NO later than April 3rd for 6 months with a possible extension
  • Hours: Monday through Friday from 9a-5p (Candidate must work one night shift per week- will either be Monday or Thursday and hours are 12p-8p )
  • No weekends or holidays
  • Requirements: Active IL licensure, IL CSR, BLS, and DEA. At least 3 years experience in FM.
  • Duties: Support basic clinic care, Must be able to do OB/PEDS/IM procedures
  • Patients seen per day : 18 per day (2 per hour on average). 15 min block appointments ( All Ages )
  • Support Staff: MD will have 2 MAs, but is the sole provider- no other MDs or APPs at this clinic.
  • EMR: Athena- training provided during onboarding. Experience is a plus
