A highly respected family-owned sign business in Ohio is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Sales experience. This is an amazing opportunity to grow with the company.
Experience
5-10 years signage experience as a Project Manager. Sales Experience is a PLUS. This position pays salary plus commission if you have sales experience as well.
Responsibilities
• Project Manage medium to large Signage Projects working with General Contractors, Facility Managers, Architects and Designers.
• Deal with Clients, Signage Vendors, Signage Installers
• Meet deadlines for job completion • Manage Client expectations
• Work closely with Sales Consultants Project Managers and Graphic Designers
• One must have developed a general knowledge of wayfinding, and design-build as related to signage.
Qualifications
• Previous experience within the Signage Industry including working on Message Schedules and Sign Location Plans
• Ability to estimate Signage Projects
• Strong skills in communicating with clients
• Ability to negotiate with Vendors
• Self Motivation
• Organized, process-driven, with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborative with team members, partners to deliver high-quality solutions
• Create message schedules and location plans for Sales or Project Management teams using SignAgent, Excel, Adobe InDesign & AI.
• Project manage multiple job assignments at the same time.
