Junior Cybersecurity/Risk Analyst

The Fountain Group LLC Saint Paul, MN (Onsite) Full-Time
This role is Open to full REMOTE – should candidates want to work onsite they can be in the St. Paul, MN location or North Chicago, IL location. 
W2 candidates only; C2C not possible for this role. 

Manager Notes
  • This role is designed to be a resource ensuring we are meeting our procedural obligations – manage the inbox, handle or escalate to respond as the communication hub.
  • WIll be responsible for ensuring our Documentation is filed, managed, according to our Quality Systems procedures and responding back to our divisions. (respond to issues and coordinating, directing traffic) as we are subject to audits and we have strict policies & procedures.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal & written) is imperative to be successful.  This role will explain complex processes around vendor management and they’ll be the hub to communicate responses to vendors & internals.
  • Bachelors and/or Certifications preferred – not required
  • Would like to see exposure/understanding of Risk management, vendor management, vendor risk management
  • Ideal match will have an IT Background with Risk management + strong Excel
  • The group uses Archer to manage assessments, this is a nice to have skill and any other  GRC/risk management tools would be a plus.
