Cybersecurity Risk Management Director
Job Family:Technology Consulting

What You Will Do:The Cybersecurity Risk Management Director will lead a large team of cybersecurity, risk management, and management consultants, providing oversight and support across technical and non-technical workstreams. Lead account management functions to include scheduling, budgeting, staffing, quality control, and stakeholder management.
The role will involve practice development activities including creation of new service solution offerings; authoring thought leadership and white papers; mentoring and coaching consulting staff; and collaborating with other segment technology leaders.
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal SECRET
Bachelor's degree
TEN (10) years or more relevant experience, including 5-6 years of team management and 5-6 years federal consulting experience
Strong team management and communications skills and experience in the government consulting arena
Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
Knowledge of business development practices in the federal contracting environment
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Demonstrated familiarity with project management concepts, evidenced through a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or similar certification.
Familiarity with the Department of State
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. CSF, ATT&CK, Cyber Threat), policy and requirements, and past/forthcoming legislation.
