Job Description:
They will work closely with a broad range of constituents to augment and enhance the usability of the inventory to ensure maximum utility for the organization. This position will be integral in establishing technological lifecycle management.

They will work closely with a broad range of constituents to augment and enhance the usability of the inventory to ensure maximum utility for the organization. This position will be integral in establishing technological lifecycle management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define the organization’s asset inventory
- Develop and maintain an Asset Inventory for all hardware, software, virtual machines, and devices that includes identification of owners and criticality/risk ratings.
- Work across teams to incorporate data from other tools to enhance the asset inventory.
- Enable metrics for monitoring assets such as expired warranties, under or overused software or hardware licenses.
- Provide recommendations to adjust or improvements to asset performance.
- Coordinate governance, processes, and reporting.
- Identify, assess, and remediate risks associated with asset management.
Required Education, Skills, and Competencies:
- Experience implementing asset management strategies.
- Experience developing and maintaining asset inventory tools and data.
- Understanding of technology lifecycle management
- Program management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to organize and run effective meetings.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to develop strong collaborative working relationships with a broad range of constituents.
This individual must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Interest in and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be discrete and keep sensitive information confidential.
