Administrative Assistant
You will sit in the front office space as the face of the company to welcome guests, clients and employees. You will be a vital part of the day-to-day success of the company ensuring that operational and security standards are met and/or exceeded. You will be working closely with the General Manager, Security, Human Resources and Facilities as well as other areas as needed.
You are responsible for:
- Compiling and analyzing basic to moderately complex information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary to support the business operation
- Maintaining supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipates needed supplies, places and expedites orders for supplies, and verifies the receipt of supplies
- Operating office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers to support efficient business continuity
- Providing general clerical support services to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff. Sorts and files more complex records and documents to maintain accurate recordkeeping
- Writing, typing, or entering information of basic complexity into computer to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, copying information from one record to another
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, computer literate
- Upbeat, friendly and welcoming disposition
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be onsite and able to start at 7:30am M-F
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- College degree preferred

Salary info:
$20 - $22 / hr
