As Project Executive Participate in the planning of project budgets and RFP packages and ensure that each project is completed on-time and within budget.

Description
Participate in the planning of project budgets and RFP packages
Oversee job site safety and quality control
Coordinate and collaborate with Superintendent and site team on scheduling, sub coordination, and material delivery
Communicate and establish job processes, including RFIs. RCOs, owner invoices, provide approval prior to submission
Conduct project meetings and OAC meetings, including preparation/ review of executive summary
Supervise project team and provide training to APM's, Project Engineers and Project Administrators
Ensure that each project is completed on-time and within budget
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
+/- 10-15 years of experience with a General Contractor or builder developer
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling software
Must have experience overseeing MF and/or mixed use projects ranging from $50M - $200M or higher
MUST have experience overseeing 2 or more projects simultaneously
