Our Client is seeking a Compliance Auditor or Tester experienced in testing consumer regulations, such as Fair Lending regulations, anti-tying restrictions, consumer and business lending, deposit compliance, consumer complaints compliance, regulations related to prevention of abusive practices, etc

Our Client is a Bank in Midtown
Description
Lead and /or perform compliance testing of consumer and bank regulatory compliance controls. Follow the bank's structured review and testing process, and work paper and document retention requirements.
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend resolutions and/or escalate to appropriate individuals to determine if further investigation is necessary.
Collaborate with compliance and business lines to develop remediation plans to resolve control weaknesses identified through testing.
Prepare review reports for Management that highlights the scope, testing approach, and the results of the review.
Track and validate the implementation of remedial actions submitted by the remedial actions owners and verify that issues were remediated. Follow up as necessary.
Monitor regulatory activities and industry developments to identify trends and emerging issues that may impact the bank and may require changes to the compliance testing program.
Profile
Experience in Compliance Monitoring & Testing or Compliance Audit
Minimum 5 years experience testing or auditing consumer compliance regulations
Alphabet regulations knowledge
Job Offer
Rate commensurate on experience. Position will be in office.
