The Director, Natural Resources Credit Officer will be responsible for reviewing and approving new transactions within the Natural Resources portfolio. The incumbent will have exposure to sub-sectors such as Renewables, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, and LNG.

Description
The Director, Natural Resources Credit Officer will be responsible for:
Evaluating new transactions by analyzing both quantitative and qualitative factors, including fundamental credit analysis in order to recommend internal ratings, LGD, and credit limits.
Preparing written annual reviews/credit proposals for submission and presentation to committee
Working in partnership with the 1st Line of Defense and other internal partners
Ensuring credit quality post-origination on a transaction and portfolio basis
Profile
The Director, Natural Resources Credit Officer must have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Finance, or Economics
MBA or CFA is a plus
Project Finance experience is required
Exposure to sectors such as Renewables, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, etc.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work as part of a team
