Job Overview
As a Manager at Nifty Fiftys, you will be required to run the daily functions of the restaurant.This includes completing daily, weekly, and monthly inventories.You will also be required to maintain the daily and weekly schedule.Resolving customer issues is an essential piece to operating a shift.Prepare foods for the As a Shift Manager, you assist with the overall experience of our guest.You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Niftys family.
Responsibilities and Duties
Accommodate the needs of customers
Communicates menu changes, recipe changes, and procedure changes to the staff.
Prepares food items according to recipes, instructions and customer orders, and follows food handling and safety requirements
Oversees and monitors portions and food quality
Oversees the cleanliness of the restaurant to meet Nifty Fiftys standards
Balance drawers after all shifts
Maintain a program for sound employee relations and safety of all employees.
Facilitate pre-shift meetings
Monitor labor and food costs
Sets goals to improve quality, productivity, motivations, customer satisfaction and morale
Other additional tasks upper management may need assistance with
