Join an AMAZING team at one of our beautiful residential memory care homes. We are opening two more residential memory care homes starting in April 2023! Located in Manchester, MO, our homes have some of the best resident to care staff ratios in the area --- 4:1 and 6:1! We are seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs or PCAs that are interested in furthuring their careers in the healthcare field. If you have dementia care experience and are a team player -- we will pay for your training to become a Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)!

Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts only, 7a-7p or 7p-7a on a rotating weekly 4-3 schedule:

• Week 1: SA, SU, TH, F
• Week 2: M, T, W

Responsibilities of a Family Partners Home L1MA:

• Activities and one-on-one interaction with the residents
• Light housekeeping duties to maintain the residents' home
• Preparing meals to support the health of the residents
• Medication administration
• Documenting, reporting and advocating for residents
• Providing compassionate personal care assistance to the residents

To be considered for a position with Family Partners Homes, a candidate must:

• Have caregiving and/or facility experience
• Be willing to train to become a Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) 
• Be able to work every-other weekend and to be placed in a holiday rotation
• Have a Valid Driver's License (no suspensions)
• Proof of Car Insurance and Own Vehicle or Reliable Transportation
• Have a Clear Background Check
