Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development and communication of our product strategy, in alignment with Client's mission, priorities and revenue goals specifically in relation to Essence.
- Champion user experience and awareness that is engaging, inspiring, and helpful to all those using the platform using prior experience-based intuition as well as data insights generated by the existing product.
- Lead the product team in developing and executing on the product roadmap to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Guide and direct the team to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Grow and develop a team of high performing product team to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Partner with CIO & Sr. VP of Information Technology to ensure effective collaboration, processes, and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coop partners to ensure input, alignment and buy-in for product initiatives
- Develop and manage product and customer metrics to measure the success of our products and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth
- Utilize your background in Cybersecurity OT/IT, Utilities, Product Management to deliver tactical and successful consumer experiences.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Participate in pre-sales discussions with customers to provide overviews of our services and offerings.
- Participate in customer roadmap briefings and feedback sessions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven record of accomplishment in delivering successful products.
- Background in Cybersecurity - OT/IT
- Experience working in Utilities, Co-ops, Energy industries
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Highly collaborative and adaptable
