Production Line Associate -- Full-Time
Perfect attendance during the week earns a $2.00 wage increase
We are looking to add an associate to our production team as we increase our scope!
Responsibilities
Collaborate as part of a team to increase productivity, decrease downtime, and reduce waste in a manufacturing setting.
Actively participate in all tasks and duties related to the plant and facilities.
Adhere to all safety regulations and lock-out tag-out procedures.
Maintain work area and equipment in accordance with 5S Standards.
Fulfill any other assigned duties.
Lift up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Passionate about maintaining a secure work atmosphere.
Must have flexibility in availability, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Able to work both the first and second shift.
Good attendance record.
U.S. work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Be aware that temperatures and workloads may vary.

Salary info:
$15 - $19 / hr
