Sales Administrative Assistant
We are looking to add and Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team. You will work Monday - Friday, part-time on-site in our Austin office. As the Sales Administrative Assistant you must be able to effectively assist, aid, and support the Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include following up on leads to furnish information to salespeople, reviewing bid invites to furnish information to salespeople, reviewing blueprints with direction and training of what to look for, and assisting the Sales Team with administrative tasks which may include some phone calls to customers, prospects, and subcontractors. Prepare simple proposals at the direction of salespeople. You must be reliable, organized, and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy department. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, typing ability of 50+wpm, accurate data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook are required.
Salary Range $18/hr - $20/hr
Qualifications
- Computer Systems (MS Office)
- Excel
- Typing 50+ wpm
- Minimum 2 years Administrative Skills Required
- High school Diploma
- Good Planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and manner
