MUST:
Must be able to obtain a government issued clearance
Experienced Business Development Manager
4+ years supporting business development and capture activities in the Federal market.
Shape opportunities and positioning throughout the opportunity life cycle, by working with existing and potential clients to shape future acquisitions strategies, to include driving business to existing GWACs and IDIQs
Experience in developing and responding to RFI/RFPs
Proven track record delivering account growth in the Federal market
Lead development of internal teaming and capabilities gap analysis, competitive assessments, discriminators and key win themes, price to win, and overall win strategy and value proposition.
Strong written and oral communication

DUTIES:
Actively participate in the identification and development of new opportunities, managing program captures, proposals, and strategic planning
Work alongside senior staff members to execute program strategies and business plans, conduct program reviews and customer assessments, manage discretionary investment funds, and build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers
Support proposal activities, marketing, communications, competitive analysis, and business development
Support capture efforts
Develop win themes
Evaluate win probability
Coordinate internal resources
Identify and qualify prospective teaming partners
Develop and execute broad organizational strategic plans
Identify and qualify business opportunities
