POSITION SUMMARY
PRO*ACT is looking for a dynamic individual to join the sales team! As a Regional Sales Manager you will be support organizational growth by increasing business with existing customers/clients and cultivating new customer opportunities. You will work to achieve customized business solutions for clients, apply exceptional business acumen to develop, monitor and negotiate program/project specs and budgets; develop a complete perishable category program resulting in operating efficiencies for clients, and act as voice of the customer with distributors that service them to maintain compliance and service levels.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
CRM experience required
Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals required
3+ years of sales and account management experience required; produce industry preferred
Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting and business office operations required
Experience calling on or servicing national account business in the foodservice industry preferred
