Job Description:

Our patients LOS averages 11 days so we getto really know them and their families. There is a large team approach with PT, OT, SP and our providers.
Number of Beds/Cases: 15
Nurse Patient Ratio: 6 patients to 1 nurse (Ration not guaranteed)
Age Groups of Patients: Adults; Geriatric
Top Diagnosis/Procedures: CVA, other neuro, debility, amputation,complicated orthopedic/hip fx
Common Medications used on the unit: tylenol, insulin, narcotics, HTN meds, metformin,
Common Equipment: ceiling lifts, slide boards, walkers, wheelchairs, gait belts, commodes.
