BorgWarner is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven bilingual individual to join as a Customer Service Representative at our Aftermarket Remanufacturing Plant in Troy, MI.
Seeking an energetic/enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem-solving bilingual Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills to manage time sensitive information and transactions in order to ensure on-time delivery by tracking shipments for pick-up and estimating times of arrival and delivery.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
" Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.
" Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations.
" Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices.
" Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.
" Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.
" Bachelor s Degree in business or communications preferred.
" 3+ years of experience in customer service role with focus on logistics and delivery.
" Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
" Great work ethic with excellent organizational skills.
" Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred.
" Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.
" Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, Ability to multi-task.
" ERP Experience, preferred (Salesforce and SAP experience, a plus)
" Experience with customer EDI, Vendor ASN s and a Direct Ship Value Stream
6 month to direct
